Mr. Deininger's dynamic works encompass many art forms, including painting, collage, assemblage, large-scale installations, video, and interactive media, all of which are represented in the "Brainscanning" show. All works are for sale. Mr. Deininger is one of the most creative, versatile, and well-known "trash artists" of our time. He has a unique ability to take the detritus of everyday life - broken toys, discarded household items, debris found on the street - and convert them into finished art objects that stun the senses. As he says, "I try to look at everything and try not to judge beauty with a hierarchy of value or the source from which it is derived. It's almost a Buddhist concept."

When you view a Deininger piece, you are witnessing artistic genius at its very best. This highly regarded and widely collected fine arts painter has also garnered much attention for his museum-scale installations, in which all manner of "junk" and "rubbish" is transformed into vibrant portraits, landscapes, and sculptures which both please the eye and challenge the mind. Mr. Deininger's imaginative creations are a testament to his ability to look outside the box.

Mr. Deininger is a resident of Bristol, Rhode Island, and received a BFA with honors from Salve Regina University. His works are shown and collected by museums, galleries, corporations, and private collectors worldwide. His exhibition history includes numerous awards and one-person shows at multiple galleries and museums, including solo shows at the Newport Art Museum and the Duxbury Art Complex.

Mr. Deininger is one of the featured artists profiled in "Wild Art," newly published by Phaidon, the world’s premier publisher of books on the visual arts. "Wild Art," by David Carrier and Joachim Pissarro, is a visual exploration of everything and anything outside the exclusive and rarefied spectrum of the 'Art World.'
