* WINDS...SOUTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 50 TO 60 MPH.

* TIMING...EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH MID AFTERNOON

* IMPACTS...STRONG SOUTHERLY AND SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS MAY LEAD TO
LOCALIZED DAMAGE. WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE MAY DOWN TREES AND
