In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.

Later in the morning, the President will deliver remarks at the White House urging Congress to act to extend emergency unemployment insurance.

In the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet with Secretary of Defense Hagel in the Oval Office.
