Megan LeAnn Sherrill was born on January 4, 1998 in Jackson, MS. She and her father and mother moved to Dallas, TX when Megan was 7 years old. It is here that Megan started her acting career. Megan was accepted as an extra on The Barney Show when she was eight years old. One look at her and the director requested a meeting with her mom. He thought she would be a great addition to the show as a cast member. At the time, Megan's mother knew nothing about the television industry and did not pursue this. A couple of years later, Megan started really showing an interest in acting through school plays. It was at this time that Megan's parents enrolled her at Cathryn Sullivan's Acting For Film in Lewisville, TX. After a couple of years in acting school, Cathryn Sullivan recommended Megan to The Kim Dawson Agency for talent representation. The very first live audition that Megan was sent on by her agent, she landed the role of Betsy Kuklinski in The ICEMAN as the daughter of the notorious "Iceman", Richard Kuklinski, played by Academy Award nominee, Michael Shannon, and his wife, Deborah Kuklinski, played by Academy Award nominee, Winona Ryder. After traveling to Los Angeles shortly after the movie was wrapped, Megan signed with talent manager, Marsha McManus.

Bella Thorne: Millennium Entertainment's "The Iceman" Premiere

Bella, a beautiful young lady was joined by her brother Remy Thorne.

Bella Thorne stars as the fashionable, adventurous, aspiring dancer CeCe Jones, one half of the comedic duo of young dancers trying to dance her way to stardom, in the new Disney Channel series "Shake It Up."

A three-time nominee and 2009 winner of a Young Artists Award, Thorne had a recurring role on HBO's hit drama "Big Love" playing Bill Paxton’s free-spirited daughter Tancy (Teenie) Henrickson. Her other television credits include the role of Christian Slater's daughter on NBC's "My Own Worst Enemy," Billy Baldwin's daughter on ABC's "Dirty Sexy Money" and Cheryl Hines' daughter on "In The Motherhood." She guest-starred on Disney Channel's Emmy-winning comedy series "Wizards of Waverly Place," "Entourage," "Little Monk," "October Road" and "The O.C."

On the big screen, Thorne starred in the psychological thriller "Forget Me Not" and in the yet to be released coming-of-age story "Raspberry Magic."

She is also the voice of one of the young Ant Kids in "Ant Bully," the video game based on the box-office hit "The Ant Bully."

Thorne has appeared in more than 60 commercials worldwide and was the youngest ever spokesperson for Texas Instruments. She was also featured in hundreds of national and international print advertising campaigns and editorial fashion spreads.

Born October 8, 1997 in Pembroke Pines, Florida, Thorne is the youngest of four siblings, who are all actors. Thorne is an avid supporter of The Nomad Organization which provides education, food and medical supplies to children in Africa; the Humane Society and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Her interests include dancing, playing soccer, spending time with her family and playing with her two dogs (Cocker Spaniel and wolf-hybrid), six cats and a turtle.
